- Passport valid at least 3 months beyond the intended stay, with a blank page
- A current photo meeting the visa specification
- Evidence of purpose: invitation, job offer or confirmation of admission to study
- Evidence of sufficient financial means for the stay
- Travel insurance covering the whole Schengen area (visa)
- Confirmation of accommodation in Lithuania
- Biometric data given in person at the consulate or authority
